This one pot cabbage gyre is the perfect weeknight meal!


  • 1 lb basis beefiness
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp blackness pepper (omit for AIP)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 large light-green cabbage, cored and chopped

  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
